No complaints. I went in June which is wasn’t peak travel season in South Korea. Only thing is that the hotel should do up the outdoor parking space which is now gravel road and unsheltered. Note also that reception is not manned after 11pm.

Nice and clean hotel. I like their beds. The little kitchen area has washing machine. However, you’ll have to make sure to purchase your own laundry detergent if you’ll need to use it. The washing machine does not have full dry setting so, we just hang clothes in the bathroom after washing. By the way, bringing your own toothbrush and toothpaste is a must when traveling to Jeju. Most hotels do provide other toiletries though. Lastly, this hotel is walking distance to many Korean restaurants but not too close to many scenic places. But, we’ve still enjoyed a quiet stroll around the town. The World Cup stadium is 10-15 minutes walk away.

I liked the washing machine in the room, but note that no dryer machine. Lots of food options nearby. 24 hours convenience store nearby. Parking may be challenging during peak tourist season. Kitchenette has no utensils (there are 2 cups) but can be requested from reception. Pillows were firm.
